Legal
Terms of service
Summary content for this preview build. It describes intended behaviour and is not a substitute for legal review.
Your responsibility when recording
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required where you record. RepBrief provides prompts and records an acknowledgement, but it does not make a recording lawful.
AI output
Summaries, insights, and action items are generated by models and can be wrong. They are provided as assistance, not as a record of what was agreed. You must verify them against the transcript before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not use RepBrief to record people covertly where that is unlawful, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access another workspace's data.
Organization workspaces
Data in an organization workspace is controlled by that organization. Administrators may set retention, revoke access, and delete data.
Availability and changes
Features marked as planned or as a mock connection in the product are not commitments to deliver on a specific date.
