Data processing

Roles

For an organization workspace, the organization is the controller and RepBrief is the processor. For a personal workspace, the individual determines what is recorded and why.

Sub-processors

Cloud hosting, speech-to-text, and language model providers. Each is bound to process only for the purpose of delivering RepBrief.

Security measures

Tenant isolation enforced at the data layer, encryption in transit and at rest, private audio storage with short-lived signed access, role-based access control, and audit logging.

Deletion and return

Data is deleted on expiry of the workspace retention window, on explicit deletion, or on termination. Export of transcripts and insights is available before termination.

International transfers

Where processing occurs outside your region, appropriate transfer mechanisms are applied. Residency options are discussed during procurement.
