How it works
From calendar invite to closed-loop follow-up
Seven steps, all visible and all reversible. Nothing happens to your customer data without an action you took.
Your calendar becomes a queue of meetings to prepare for
Connect Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar. RepBrief lists the customer meetings ahead and shows which ones already have a briefing.
RepBrief assembles a briefing
Account overview, opportunity, participants, previous conversation summaries, prior commitments, open action items, known objections, competitors, and suggested discovery questions — each block labelled with its source and, where a model wrote it, marked as AI generated with a confidence score.
You capture the conversation
Record with the RepBrief device, the mobile app, or import an existing file. The web app shows upload, transfer, transcription, and analysis state so you always know where a recording is.
You get a transcript and structured insight
Speaker-labelled transcript with timestamps, chapters, decisions, objections, competitors, buying signals, commitments, risks, and action items with owners and dates — each linked back to the exact transcript moment.
You review before anything is treated as agreed
Insights start in a needs-review state. Approve, edit, or reject. Edited items are marked as changed by a person.
Approved output goes where it belongs
Associate the conversation with an account, contact, lead, or opportunity, then sync only the artifacts and fields your administrators permit. Every sync attempt is written to the audit log.
You act
Recommended next steps, a drafted follow-up message you can edit and send, preparation for the next meeting, and private coaching feedback that is only ever visible to you unless you share it.
